Does the person scanning need an app?
No. Any phone camera reads the code and opens your page in the browser.
Can I change what it opens later?
Yes, as often as you like, from your phone. The print stays the same; the page behind it changes instantly.
When will it arrive?
Every piece is printed to order in 2–5 business days, then shipped free. Most orders arrive about 5–11 business days after you pay. Canadian tees and Black hoodies are printed in Canada, so they arrive in about the same time; other hoodie colours ship to Canada from the US and take about 11–19 business days. These are our print partner's estimates, not promises, and your receipt email has the tracking link.
What if the code doesn’t scan, or I change my mind?
If the code doesn’t scan when new, or the piece arrives damaged or misprinted, write to support@wornlink.com within 30 days with a photo and we reprint or refund it. Every piece is printed to order with its own code, so we can’t take change-of-mind returns; the size guide on each product page helps you pick right the first time.
What does a stranger learn when they scan me?
Only what you put on your page. Switch to a quieter page or turn it off from your phone, in seconds. People who scan need no account and give no name; we count scans with city-level location at most and never store their IP address.
Do I set anything up before I buy?
No. Pick a design, colour and size and pay. Your receipt email has a link to claim the code and build the page. Until then a scan shows a tidy “being set up” page.
Will the code scan on a dark shirt?
Yes. On dark colours the code prints in white straight onto the fabric, with no box behind it, and every print file is scan-tested at a quarter size, tilted and blurred before it goes to print.
What happens to my code if Wornlink shuts down?
We intend to keep codes working for as long as we run the service. If we ever stop, we will give owners at least 60 days’ notice by email and, where we can, keep codes opening a snapshot of your page or an address you choose. That is our stated intent in the Terms, not a guarantee.
